I tried to reset our ElevenLabs API and now the option to just add an API is gone in my profile portal.

Please try opening your profile in an incognito/private window. If the issue persists, test with a different browser.
If it still doesn’t work, press F12 → Console, take a screenshot of the logs, and share it here so we can investigate further.

Same as Matthew_Pye’s circumstance. I tried inPrivate window of MS Edge and Chrome browser also https://preview.convai.com/ that you suggested. It all show nothing about +API key. I have a schedule of presentation with Convai plugin in nextweek. There are two critical errors appear in same time. I couldn’t do anything. I have a presentation schedule next week.Please post me any kinds of solution please.
