Elevenlabs Private Voices not updating

I have removed several voices from my elevenlabs pro account but even after several days the voices in my convai account are not updating, specifically not removing deleted voices. There are still old voices in there that I have removed and if I select them they do not work. Some voices have a duplicate name because we removed an old one and the new one is the same name, so now there are what looks like duplicates but one does not work. Can I get some help resolving this?

Could you please share the email address associated with your account? Also, have you tried re-adding your ElevenLabs API key to see if that refreshes the voice list?

The app is in production so I would rather not reset the API key if possible. How long would it be down if we removed and re-added the API key? Would it interrupt the elevenlabs voices for those characters? Also, how would it effect the voice selection for the characters that are using private elevenlabs voices?

Would it be possible to get a response to any of these issues?

Hi @Ham1ton , sorry that you are facing this issue. We are looking into it and will get it resolved at the earliest.

Sorry I was out of town a bit. The invalid names are still showing up on our account. So when we delete one and recreate it on elevenlabs, it shows duplicates in ConvAI and we can’t identify which is the old one. It’s been a while now and they are still there. We are in a busy season so don’t want to risk shutting down service. If we knew the risk we could take steps to reset our API key.

We still have old voices in our elevenlabs-private-voices section. Will it interrupt our service to reset the API key for elevenlabs? How long does resetting the key take to take effect?

If we remove and re-apply our elevenlabs API key, will it change the custom voice selections on any of our characters? If you need we can start a new thread as this is a slightly different but all these issues tie into our original concern.

It would be nice to get some guidance on what would be effected if we reset our elevenlabs API key. at least let me know if it will reset the selected character voices, or if it would keep them. I can’t afford to loose the voice selection and I can’t risk it.

Hi @Ham1ton apologies for the delay. We are currently held up with some other urgent tasks.
Don’t worry, we will manually update the voices on the backend at the earliest. Rest assured you wont loose the voice selection.
