Exceeded Usage Limits

Dear all, dear @K3,

we are currently facing issues with a previously functional Unreal build.

Error: “You have exceeded usage limits on your current plan. Visit our pricing page now to upgrade your plan and avail a higher usage limit.”

Our subscription is up-to-date and active. It worked fine in the last few weeks but the application (using the API) stopped working today with the error message above (when prompting e.g., “hello”). Is there anything that changed on ConvAI? Any quick fix available?

As the error says, your usage limits have been exceeded. Could you share a screenshot of your billing page?

Check the API key used in your application. Make sure it is the same as the API key of this account. We do not provide support via Discord.

Hi @K3 - the same application worked a few days ago (Unreal build). Was there an update of the API key?

No, please check if it is the same.

It is the same. Nothing changed in the application (and this is a build that has worked before; so we did not change the API key).

We’ve tested this on our side and haven’t encountered any issues. It’s possible that the build you’re running is using a different API key than expected. The reason it may have worked previously could be that the API key used in the build was tied to a Free plan, and now you’re hitting usage limits.

Please double-check the API key used in your build and ensure it has the appropriate plan and usage capacity.

Hi found out the Problem, something with the API Key of the account must be changed in the background, so all the older applications dont work , when i cupy the new key from the website then it works again….., so may there was a change with this system, is it possible that the older key work again? We have some little applications out ….

We do not make any changes to your API keys on our end. It is possible that the key has been accidentally regenerated on your end.
