I see, I would suggest you check the FPS player that we guarantee the character will look at and work your way comparing you custom player with it, we do not give support for customized camera scnearios for Reallusion at the moment which might be your case

Custom camera scenarios where the camera is not exactly where the player is wil be addressed in the next update to the Reallusion animation blueprint in a couple of weeks

A tip that might help you workaround this, is that it seems the character is looking at the pivot of the player and ignoring the base height in the process (or perhaps you have set it too high and that’s why it is looking up and down) so try moving the camera of the player at the pivot and set the Z of the player to where you would like the player height to be
