Ahh I see, in that case one solution is to set the eye height on the player blueprint, for some reason it thinks the player height is zero so it is looking downwards

Hi <@720225254424838195>, please try increasing the eye base height for the player blueprint, notice 64 that I showed in the example screen shot is very low, if that doesn’t work then please use a first person player character template which works out of the box
