From which IPs are the "external API" calls made?

I have an API in my company I want to call with External API. but there is a firewall in my company

My internal Security ask “from which IP are you calling”?

Can you provide the IP or IP ranges, from which CONVAI makes the call for function External API?

Currently we don’t have specific network gateway ips configured, but its rather dynamically configured by the Cloud provider where our app is hosted. For Enterprise customers, we can explore project-specific networking options. Please contact sales@convai.com to discuss your requirements.
