Having an issue packaging a project in UE 5.2 and 5.3 that seems to have a lib conflict between Metahuman plugin and convai plugin (libprotobuf) that stops me from packaging a proper windows project. is anyone aware of the solve for this issue? this make us have to change a metahuman. Plugin element from “Runtime” to “Editor”

I informed our Unreal Engine developer.
He will check it.

<@760070376117370900> I was running into this issue and just made a new project with the exact same settings and it packaged successfully. We just have a simple scene with the convai and basic lighting so was easy to duplicate.

Just a baseless assumption is that there may be some data stored on the UE backend from convai that messes with package builds if you go too long without packaging. After duplicating, have been frequently running packages and haven’t got this package error again. Even though settings are exactly the same as before. Although, I don’t have proof of this being the issue, nor have run any tests so don’t take my word as a fact but it’s what it seems like with ~1 week of using the convai plugin.
