Error packaging Convai plugin

I set up a first-person template project in Unreal Engine 5.5 and the Convai Plugin. I also added my character ID and API key. However, when I try to package the project, I get an error. Can you help me?

I’ve attached the Unreal output log for reference.

Hello @Cory_Matthews,

The errors you’re encountering aren’t related to Convai.

I recommend the following approach:

  1. Create a new project without adding the Convai Plugin.
  2. Add a Metahuman character and try to build the project.
  3. If you encounter the same issue, check Unreal Engine forums or online resources to resolve it.
  4. Once you successfully build the project, integrate the Convai Plugin.

This approach helps isolate the issue and ensures the Convai Plugin isn’t causing the problem.

If you need more help, feel free to ask!

Thank you very much. Yes, the error appears when I add the Convai plugin, and it doesn’t let me compile. I tried it in several versions: 5.3, 5.4, and 5.5.

This is the error. Please fix it.
