How to get my personal voices from Elevenlabs to show up in convai?

Hi there,

I followed the guide in the documentation on setting up my Elevenlabs voices with convai.

Now, 15 hours later, I can see the official Elevnlabs voices, but I still can’t see my own private voices.

I have Elevenlabs Pro and the paid version of Convai.

Is there something I can do?

Welcome to the Convai Developer Forum!

The ElevenLabs voices provided directly by Convai are available for Indie Dev plans and above, and they are not linked to your personal ElevenLabs API key.

Your private voices, which you’ve created in your own ElevenLabs account, should appear at the bottom of the voice list in Convai once properly linked. Could you please check again?
