How to turn on and off the transcript panel inside VR

Hi, I want to let players enable and disable the UI panel in VR.
Is there a function for that? If I want to make a script and apply the function to the panel, where should I look? I’m using a Windows PC and Unity6.

You can disable it from the settings panel.
