Could you please elaborate on your question?
We ve build a PoC for a telecommunication company. The idea is to have a character on a kiosk to interact with the customers. We ve upload some information on the knowledge bank of the character but we also find it very useful if we could add an API method so the character could also get information’s from the telecommunications company website. For examples discounts promotions and what ever is on the website.
