Importing the Avatar in VR core

When I first entered the avatar, everything worked fine. However, after exiting and re-entering, I encountered an error. The avatar is no longer talking or moving inside the VR core.

Additionally, I got an error related to the SDK. How can I fix this?

Hello @Maya_16,

It looks like you updated manually by pressing the update button. Convai is not compatible with RPM 7.4.0.

You need to use RPM 7.3.0 or 7.3.1 instead.

To fix this:

  • Uninstall the current RPM version and download **RPM ** from the Unity Asset Store, or
  • Reinstall the Convai SDK and when the RPM update prompt appears, do not update.
