Hello, I am using Convai in a project with URP and XR interaction toolkit in unity 2021.3.23f1. I recently created a new character in convai dashboard using configure avatar and imported it via the character import but it shows up pink. After importing I also did a rendering pipeline conversion which didn’t fix it. Also tried the file ConvaiURPConverter. Is there any way to fix this?

Can you try removing the Avatar file and the Character Prefab?
Also, did you create your project as Built-in? So you converted it to URP later?

The URP wasn’t built in. I created a 3D core project and let convai setup do the rest.
