Just following up on this issue.
I’m not sure if this helps, but I created a completely new project and uploaded only Convai 4.2 to test whether the problem was related to my original project. I’m running the LipSync Sample scene from this new project, and the exact same issue is occurring there as well.
I’m aiming to deliver this project by the end of the week. If possible, I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me troubleshoot the issue so we can identify the root cause and get it resolved.

I tested the issue on my side, but I was not able to reproduce it. That said, our team is already working on a fix related to this behavior.
A fix was previously released, but it had to be rolled back because it caused some other issues. Once a complete and stable fix is implemented, we will let you know.
