I have been using the Convai chat without any issues until recently. However, I noticed that starting today, the chat messages are not appearing in the chatbox. When I send a message, I still receive the audio response, and the triggers are working correctly, but the text messages are no longer visible.
This was working fine until Friday. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I couldn’t spot any specific error messages in it. Could you please double-check if there are any errors or warnings in your output log during runtime? If there are, feel free to share a screenshot so we can investigate further.
Additionally, could you let us know if you’re experiencing the same issue in the Convai demo scene as well? That would help narrow down whether the problem is scene-specific.

I just created a Windows build and checked — it is working fine in the build. However, unfortunately, it is not working in the Unity Editor
Try it in the editor and share with me the red and yellow colored logs in your console window as screenshots.

I can see that you are using a custom ChatUI, it might be related to your setup.
Additionally, could you let us know if you’re experiencing the same issue in the Convai demo scene as well?
