I hope you are doing well. I have created a character which has been shared with my teammates. They have been carrying out interactions with this character but neither them nor I are able to view the history of these interactions i.e. the interactions are not being stored in the memory section of the character (the character memory through my account is only showing interactions that have been carried out through my account). Can you please guide me regarding how the interactions being carried out by my teammates can be later accessed by me?
To be able to view interaction history and sessions created by other people using your character with a different API key, your account needs to be on the Scale plan or higher. On lower plans, you will only see the interactions that are made directly through your own account.
If you upgrade to Scale or above, you will be able to access those shared interactions in the character’s Memory section.
