Knowledge Bank important issue

Hi,

I am having some serious problems with the knowledge base for a project.

I have some very technical documents loaded, some of which have tables and diagrams and things like that.

I need it to answer specifically on some technical questions, for which I have prepared a document where there are exactly those answers, precise.

Yet, it is very difficult for me to answer them in the right way. Sometimes he makes up the answers completely, sometimes he says he has no information about it. We are talking about very precise questions, which have very precise answers explained perfectly and in order in the knowledge bank.

I attach Sample Screenshot where he asks “Tell me about evaluation criterion number X” - and on the document in the knowledge bank he has the evaluation criteria explained one by one perfectly. And in the answers he says he doesn’t know anything, or gives a made-up answer
