Hello. Can I force the assistant to only say what I add to its database?
At the same time, without disclosing information from the Internet.

Seconding this. I thought there was an option to limit knowledge only to the knowledge bank but that doesn’t seem to be available anymore?

We don’t currently have explicit functionality for this, however I can recommend some best practices that will help minimize hallucinations:

a. Set “Temperature” to 0 under “CoreAI-Settings” - this significantly reduces creative variations in responses.

b. Add this specific instruction to your backstory: “Only reply to the user based on the information provided in your context. If information is not found in context, please reply I don’t know”

c. Use either “Claude-Sonnet-3.5” or “GPT-4o” as your model choice, as these have demonstrated better accuracy
