Hello, I am uploading small .txt files to the Knowledge Bank. But the learning is never-ending, even after waiting many hours. Please check. Character ID: a8088e4a-f2b4-11f0-92c0-42010a7be027
I have four accounts. Same happening for all. Two of them as follows:

I’m experiencing the same problem. While uploading txt files for my character ID: 1470c412-638b-11f0-935e-42010a7be01f
3 of my uploads have been stuck in the endless “learning…” state for hours. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are you still experiencing the issue? I couldn’t reproduce the issue.

Please let us know when it is solved.
I currently have 4 knowledge bank files stuck in endless learning mode, even after reducing the latest file to half the size of the previous ones that got stuck. It’s been stuck for hours, despite logging out and logging back in, which used to help. Also, the delete button is grayed out and won’t let me clear them out before trying to upload new files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to implement important authoring tweaks prior to a presentation. I’ve attached a screengrab.

Still the same problem. Learning……Learning……Please fix.

Hi, I just posted it’s fixed, it seemed to be at first as the “Learning” phase wasn’t happening, but it wasn’t Connected, so I pressed Connect and now it seems stuck in the learning phase again. Sorry to be a pain! I gave it about 5 minutes up to now to complete the Learning phase, it’s a small text file. EDIT : ah, seems I was too impatient, it’s now ok, it needed more time. Thank you for fixing that.

I was able to make progress this morning, successfully uploading a 300+ page knowledge document.
And I was able to delete older drafts that had previously been stuck in the endless learning loop.

Some of mine are still stuck on Learning unfortunately, here’s a character ID it’s happening with : 3a28ace8-bb1e-11f0-b031-42010a7be025
Hello can you check once more? They should now have completed. And any future tasks should also complete within reasonable amount of time (usually less than a few hours, can take a bit longer sometimes too).
