Knowledge Upload Stuck on "Learning"

Hi Convai Team and Community,

I’m experiencing an issue while uploading new text to update the knowledge base for my character (ID: 6e29ba66-0721-11f0-9e04-42010a7be01a). After uploading the file, the status gets stuck on “Learning” and never progresses to “Connected”, even after a long wait.

That happens for me as well, but I found that just going back to Playground and then back again to the character’s knowledge bank and then clicking Connect, it finishes quickly
