Title. I’m getting this error thrown in the dashboard when trying to connect one of the documents I uploaded to the knowledge bank. The document was able to be uploaded but I cannot connect it to a character and have it “learn” the info. Any help would be appreciated.
Okay I refreshed the page multiple times and waited 10 minutes and it now worked? Was this just a congestion issue?

The “learning” step may take a bit of time depending on the document’s content and complexity, but this is expected behavior. There’s no need to worry at this stage. If the process takes significantly longer or fails entirely, please let us know.
