Long Term Memory stopped working in my app

As of about 5 or 6 days ago the characters in my app seem to have stopped being able to recall things using the Long Term Memory feature.

LTM is enabled in the Playground, the Unity LTM component is enabled, users have SpeakerID’s.

When I look at Mindview I can’t see an LTM section (I’m not sure if it’s supposed to have one?). LTM seems to be working in a Playground chat session.

I’ve not changed anything to do with LTM in my app.
