This doesn’t look like a Unity/scripting issue but the Male voices which are the old american voices tend to cut off even while testing in the convai web editor. Some phrases that got cut off are “Hello” and “Thank you”.
our female custom voice from eleven labs as well (one out of approx. 15 times)
Hello @Dave_Flores,
Thanks for reporting this!
Could you please share a video recording showing the issue in action so we can investigate further? Also, when you mention “Convai web editor,” do you mean the the Avatar Studio ?
Additionally:
- Does the same issue occur during a Video Call?
- What happens when you test in the chatbox interface on the character page at convai.com?
- Lastly, could you please share your Character ID so we can test on our end?
We’ll be happy to take a closer look once we have these details.

@Dave_Flores, This problem only occurs with Elevenlabs voices, right? Does it only happen with a few Elevenlabs voices or does it happen with all of them?
It seems to be, yes.

Hello,
This issue has been resolved with the 3.3.0 update. Please test the latest plugin version in a new project to confirm everything is working as expected. If all goes well, you can safely update the plugin to 3.3.0 in your main project and continue development.
