There is a long string in the output error log, but the key parts seem to be, "Received empty user query| Error Code:3|Character ID. (I’m leaving this out)|Session ID:-1|Convey Chatbot component log|: Warning: UConvai Chatbot Component Get Response Failed! That’s basically all of it.

Check your microphone device in the settings panel by pressing F10.

OK but to let you know the mic works with every other platform presently, But I will gladly check the F10

Yes, but sometimes a different device can be selected.
Or permission may not be granted for that application.

I checked F10 and it’s settings are correct and the record test works. Also this has always worked before. Did anything come of the guys who were having simiilar problems. Did my particular error message mean anything ?

Does that tell you that my microphone is not connecting with the UE 5.4 platform. It’s working right now with UE 5.3, with all my other apps, with the Convai, playground. and the UE5.3 and UE 5.4 are using the same Character ID. the only thing that seems to be different is the UE plugin

Hi <@1055277707044343949> could you confirm if the issue is still happening for you now? also if it is still happening could you test talking for longer than 10 seconds of time and see if the error still happens?
