My character keeps disappearing when I run the scene

My problem is that my character disappears after building the scene. I’ve created a new convai scene, imported my character with its ID, saved the project, but after building and running the scene the character is not there. All I see is an empty white and blue scene without anything, but the player still can move within that. So what do I do? I’ve read the documentation through and through but couldn’t find the solution. Please help.
