I was wondering what the best way to organise the knowledge bank is, and if there are any tips for filing the files so that the character can easily find the information, especially if the knowledge bank is rather large.

I’m happy to receive any tips, but my specific questions are:

  • In this convai blog article (Step-By-Step Guide on Creating a Knowledge Bank for AI Characters with Convai), it states that you should “assign relevant tags and metadata to your knowledge bank entries”. How do I do that?

  • Do file names help characters find information more easily? Can I establish a sorting system based on the names of the files? Or is it just for my own overview?

  • Is there a recommended character limit for individual files and a recommended maximum number of files that can be uploaded for each character?
