Does anyone have an article (or a helping hand) that has any tips about how to use the knowledge bank in an optimized way?
I am putting some information there, 2 files with 20Kb and 5Kb.
But even if one of the files is explicitly saying for example:
Quentin Tarantino is a famous movie director.
It responds that it doesn’t know who he is.

I tried to more or less follow these best practices but still is not working as expected.
I wrote something like:
10/27/2024, 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM the session “How I wrote Pulp Fiction” will take place. The session will feature three prominent leaders: Quentin Tarantino, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman.
(…)
And if I ask the AI something like:
When is going to have a session with Samuel L. Jackson?
It will answer that it doesn’t know.
I don’t know if it is possible to have support for this specific case since I got the professional plan.
If it is better to contact the support through here or support@convai.com

I wrote like this but it didn’t work really well too.
What I did was an Q&A of a bunch of questions and worked a little bit better.
But there is some things that are a bit odd though.
The first thing is that the AI is always saying “smiling face with smiling eyes” after every response. I wrote in the character backstory to not say that phrase but it still says it. Changed the model too but it still says the exactly same answer (like it was not changed).
The second thing is that I deactivated some .txts in the knowledge bank but for some reason it is still responding like it was not deactivated (not really a problem, but still odd).
And the third thing is that sometimes I ask a question and it says that it does not know, I ask a second question (responds correctly), then come back to the first question and it responds correctly like it was nothing. I don’t know if there is any setting that may be doing that.

Even if the .txt is formatted like:
Question: How many hours Quentin Tarantino spent writing the script for Pulp Fiction.
Answer: It was two days and three nights.
If I ask this exactly question it has the probability of not responding and saying that it doesn’t know
