Any news on this? Was it a random occurrence? Do you have insights on why this happen? Is it a network problem or a backend problem? Should we expect cases in which the rate of failure is much higher than normal? Are there specific factors that increase the occurrence of these failures? Is there a way to monitor your service health and responsiveness?
We are building an application relying on convai as a third party service, we need to know how to handle this kind of scenario. The more information we have the better.
Ticket has been created and our team will review it as soon as possible. My guess is that it might be because the input was too long. However, it would not be right to say anything right now. Our platform is windows + ue5.4 + metahuman.
The problem has occurred frequently in video calls (pixelstreaming from convai website) and on our ue project (both during development and in pixelstreaming)
