No textures or voice response

i am able to speak with the character however it only responds via text - i am unable to hear the npc. Also textures are not loading in the test scene from the video i followed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anb9ityi0MQ&ab_channel=Convai

Please check the Audio Icon from the game view. You have probably turned off the sound.

This issue seems to be related to your computer. From Windows, check your Audio devices.

speakers and other unity game sounds are functional so i think it is a convai issue

I suggest you import the Convai SDK again. Maybe you changed something by mistake.

i have reset it up and am trying to convert the project to vr however i am getting this error message:

i managed to fix it by adding in another interface

however i am having trouble getting the npcs to follow me and preform other actions. I am currently able to speak to them in VR and hear them
