I’ve been trying to import the character based on the guidance video but there is now “Character Importer” section in the Convai section. Can someone help me on this? Thank you

With Ready Player Me we couldn’t put it in the Asset Store, so there is no such option in the Asset Store.
We have released a new update, it’s under review in the asset store, but I can share the download link as below.
