First time works well but after few questions or few minutes ago ,
My convai character always says " Something went wrong! Please check the output logs from [Window >Output log] Email the logs to support@convai.com
Any advice? My billing is professional plan.

I think the most suspicious thing is that the Internet connection was cut off once in the middle. If the Internet is connected again afterwards, such an issue arises because there is a history that has already been cut off, and if you reboot the program, it will be okay.
