If I understand perfectly and our idea is to move to a better plan to also get faster support, but if we take these plans without having a customer with whom we have already closed, we assume the costs of better plans without knowing if we will solve the specific problems that we present, it is possible that our client soon leave us if we do not achieve these solutions. We know that there will always be problems or details due to needs that the client may request and that have not been evaluated before.

Anyway I appreciate the time you dedicate to us without being a premium customer, but I think these problems are very important even for any new customer you may get. It is very basic for the LLM to conform to the documents and not to respond with whatever they want, that is not normal.

I will look at this plan you mention to try to move to a new plan and then with the client (1 of several) we can move to the premium plan.

We currently have the “Indie Dev” plan and the idea is to upgrade to a Premium plan after this one. I hope you recommend me what would be the recommended steps to continue developing and receiving support from you.

It is supposed (in theory) that they give answer to problems after 2-3 days… it is already 7 days and the truth I do not understand, this problem is serious since it is something basic as operation for this type of tools. The simple fact that the LLM does not work well responding on a document is something basic. Is it possible that you can give me a good support to solve this problem 100%? Does this problem happen to other customers? Will this problem be solved if we improve the type of subscription to partner or something similar?

In short, I need a clearer answer to know what to do because we have already added 2 new customers and the format of documents is similar to that of the stores that I have already presented here and that gives problems.

I hope you can give me support on this problem.
