There’s an Interaction Cap with HQ Third Party Voices.
I assume GCP, Azure, ElevenLabs and OpenAI are all Third Party Voices?
And so if we want to use a voice with no cap, we’d need to pick a voice from ‘Convai Voices (New)’ or ‘Convai Voices’?
We’re looking at integrating our own ElevenLabs voice, using the API integration.
On their Pro plan, this would give us 1,100 mins of Conversational AI with up to 20 concurrent conversations.
Is there a way for ElevenLabs or Convai to add more emotion to the voice?
What happens if we run out of mins on ElevenLabs, can we automatically default to an unlimited Convai voice?
At the moment, the HQ Third Party Voices interaction cap only applies to ElevenLabs voices that are listed within Convai.com. If you integrate your own ElevenLabs API key, those limits do not apply. However, to use your own ElevenLabs integration, you must be on at least the Pro plan with ElevenLabs.
If you run out of minutes on ElevenLabs, there is currently no automatic fallback to Convai voices. You would need to manually monitor and manage that on your end.
