I see, in that case we have to replicate the same issue on our end and get back to you, possibly mid-next week
cc: <@1216254232957685765> could you try replicating the same distorted animations using method 2 of building from source?

i used method 2, because from the unreal market place the plugin can’t be installed in version 5.1.1 source and i compiled it using vs2022 do you want me to recompile it?

one thing I noticed that I do not see the Convai chat widget, probably you are using a custom parent class and not the ConvaiBasePlayer class? if so you can check out this guide that will help you understand more about the core components of the plugin so you do not have to change the parent class

no it is not related to compilation, it is related to some error or due to an integration step that needs to be done (ex: reparenting to the ConvaiBasePlayer class), make sure to follow all the steps in the tutorial, and for further assistance we require the logs

download the plugin directly from github unzip it and put it in the plugins folder of the project download the 2 drive folders, unzip inside the plugin folder and compile in vs2022

These are seemingly correct for setting it up, but how about the integration steps? Make sure to follow the MetaHuman tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqNttRE3nD4

Thank you for sharing the logs, however they did not contain Convai related logs, you need to try interacting with the character first wait for a minute or two then close the play mode and share the logs
