Hi, I need urgent help with something - i upgraded to the professional plan but when i go to whitelisting - it still shows me to upgrade. please help urgent

First, could you please check your Billing page and confirm which plan is actually shown there?
Then, try:

Open convai.com and press F12 to open DevTools.

Go to the Application tab → Storage → click Clear site data.

Refresh the page and check the Whitelisting section again.
If it still asks you to upgrade after this, please share a screenshot of your Billing page and the Whitelisting screen.
Please avoid posting the same issue from multiple accounts, as it makes it harder for us to track and support your case effectively. Our team is already investigating this and will inform you as soon as we have an update.

How long do i need to wait for a domain to get whitelisted once i have added it?
Approximately ~30 minutes.
i have added a domain in there early morning as soon as i got your message - but the domain has still not been whitelisted - my application still shows to contact convai for the domain to get whitelisted -
ok let me check.
ok so i put int the expId - and now its loading but there is a problem. - my character is not appearing its all just black screen with a chat text box. could there be a problem with how i have deployed this?
