Hi, I had some problems with the account today as the payment had not been made due to lack of funds on the card but now that we are back with paid license, I am having problems with slow responses to the point of receiving the following error:

This is my problem or is other the problem ?

Before we had the card problem because of the payment, all are working good but now is other the history.

I’m having the same issue this afternoon. It seems to just affect the voice to text.

This issue was happening at one point last week, I spent a few hours debugging thinking it was on my end, but then it randomly started working again

Might be good to have a clearer error message to indicate the issue is server side
