Having issues recieving an answer

Hey,

have recently trying out convai.ai on an m1 mac. I have some issues, at the beginning I got really late responses the first time, afterwards it worked. Now I don`t get any responses at all with following issue:

tested it now in a fresh level with a Convai Base Character & ThirdpersonCharacter with Parent Class “Convai Base Player”

I have attached an video with convai in an new 5.4 project, after a “very” long time I got a first response. Afterwards it works “fine”. It kinda has difficulties in the beginning.

okay - found the issue. The slow response time should mainly be caused by my location (Bali). And the other issues have been fixed (switched on some features under Plugin Settings) for hoping to solve the slow response.
