User to Multiple NPCs

I have 3 NPC characters in one scene. I want the user to talk to them at the same time like discussing with 3 characters.
Now I can only do 1 user to 1 NPC and NPC2NPC. How to achieve this so that all 3 NPCs listen and reply in random sequence naturally, continuing the previous NPC?
