Good morning. I’m developing a VR game in Unity using the full functionality of the narrative tree. I’m working with version 3.3.1 of Convai with BUFFER_TIMEOUT = 4. Since yesterday I’ve been running some tests and I can confirm that, for now, lip sync is working correctly, responses are fairly immediate, and most importantly, speech is no longer cutting off mid-sentence, issues I had already encountered back in June. Everything now seems to be running smoothly, thank you. ![]()
Glad to hear the issue is resolved. You can set the BUFFER_TIMEOUT back to 1.5; there’s no need to keep it at 4. If you encounter audio stuttering, you can increase it slightly again.
