No sound - convai, azure, elevenlabs

Hello.
I can not get audio comming out of convai. Either in the browser or in Unreal, no mather if its convai voice, azure, or eleven labs. Any ideia how to fix this?

The text apears and it triggers animatiions but it does not generate audio.

still no audio.

imagethis icon, by default is always mute when I refress. GCP voice is working, but none else. I still have plenty quota to use. Please help.

I also encountered the same problem. The new character I created is unable to have natural communication through voice; it can only do so via text. However, it can have voice communication with the official-provided characters. Could you help? I have already tried video calls and voice calls, and this issue has occurred on both the website and UE5. My character ID: 955d4688-cc5d-11ef-b139-42010a7be016
