Words not read properly by Speech To Text

So I had this project where I had to provide insights of a company using ConvAi Character. Now the company had abbreviation as ADEX. The speech to text AI was unable to read that and hence the results were affected for the client. Can you please help on how we can resolve this and make the Speech to Text AI translate the speech properly? Any help in this will be highly appreciated as it will solve alot of problems for us.
