Android device control issues

I tried all the options on the Controls with regard to Touchscreen, movement and jumping did not work, Fine, chat only was acceptable, but I tried Talk and MousePress in various situations in Action and the buttons still didn’t work on the phone

To better understand your issue:

• Which Convai SDK version are you using?
• Which scene did you build?
• If possible, please share a video recording of the issue so we can assist you more effectively.

I ues the newest SDK version 3.2.3,my unity version is 2023.2.20f1c1 and 6000.0.32f1(I tried both) and I want to run the scene Convai Demo - Mobile on my mobile. It works nice on Unity, so I didnot change anything in unity then ptch to my mobile,but I can`t use any button on my mobile (I mean the button cannot be touched )and there is an error in Console
(the Clear and Close button also cannot be pressed)

Then I saw the AR project introduce on Ytube, in the video you also didnot change anything and pack to the mobile ,and it works nice. So I built an AR project based on the video.
I saw the script ConvaiPlayerDataHandler on the node Convai AR Player was missing Convai Player Data SO (I don’t know if that’s how it’s set up becaues when I run the project ,it was fixed), but when I run Convai Demo - AR in Unity , the NPC didn`t show in the scene,and the button still cannot ues on my mobile.

I try again on my Iphone14, it works,I donot know why the same project cannot work on my Android phone

I haven’t heard of this issue before. It might be related to your device, so I recommend testing it on a different Android device to see if the problem persists.

Since the Developer Log UI is from Unity and not Convai, and you mentioned that you can’t click those buttons either, this could be a Unity issue. You might also try using Unity 2022 instead, as it could be related to Unity 6 compatibility.

okay ,THANK YOU , Be able to run on my iPhone is already enough for me, and I will test other Android devices later.
