I have the convai mobile essentials in my scene and when I test using the simulator in the editor all of the UI buttons works fine but when I build the app and try to test it on a real device all the UI buttons stops working

I’m working onmy own scene but i took the mobile essentials prefab ant placed it in my scene
Make sure you have added the Event System to your scene. If you’re still having issues, check the logs.
I have an Event System and the logs doesn’t show neither warnings nor errors.
Check the logs from Android Logcat.
There are no errors in the android logcat as well.
I also tried to make my own UI button and attaching the methods I needed to it but it also won’t work.
Try changing the Active Input Handling, use both.
