Does it work as expected when Narrative Design is disabled?
This fixed it on the conv.ai dashboard for this character. We will try in-app later.
Why does this fix it? And what are the downsides of disabling Narrative Design?

I am Kamal from the LLM Team. @Noc you have the narrative design set something like
after the “welcome speech” section, create an idle section to which the character needs to transition.
If your character stays in the welcome speech section always then it will keep on repating the instructions that you have written.
create a new idle section, after your first section, put the objective as “Talk to the user” or something generic, your character will start working normally.
