Characters have stopped responding

From about 20 minutes ago the characters have stopped responding, as shown in the video.

When I speak the full transcript of my speech is not being converted to text, as shown in the chat bubble in the video, and it seems the avatar isn’t receiving what I said. The Playground still works ok. I’ve changed nothing, it was working fine and then it wasn’t all of a sudden. Other users are reporting the same. No-one can use my app at the moment :sweat_smile:

I have the same issue today just 1 hour ago was working . now error , voice not convert to text. and even with text typing fail. i haven’t change anything .

Could you please share the logs?

I tried again and it’s working now. Seems like it was just a temporary issue—I didn’t change anything, it just worked after a while

If you encounter this type of issue, please share the logs with us. It may be a temporary issue related to the LLM, or to the voice provider you are using.
