Convai in UE5.3 crashed

hello guys, my UE crashed when I start to type in conversation panel. Im using the metahuman as my Convai base character, and my template is VRGameMode.
Here’s log and crash window.

btw my UE cannot use “TALK” function even I already change the DefaultEngine.ini, any thought?
