Hi! I’m working with the Convai plugin in Unreal 5.3, I’m trying to trigger a custom recorded facial animation inside the Convai Animation Blueprint (ABP). My goal is to switch between the real-time Convai facial control and my custom recorded animation when needed. However, when I trigger the custom animation, the head detaches from the body.
I’ve set up a Blend Poses by Bool node to switch between the Convai ABP control and my custom animation. While the animation triggers correctly, the head disconnects from the body during playback.
Could you guide me on how to properly integrate my custom animation inside the Convai ABP without the head detaching from the body? Is there any specific way Convai handles the skeletal rig that I should be aware of when blending custom animations?
