I was using the young anime girl voice for my character, then randomly today when it tries to access the ConvAI api it says the voice is unavailable. I tested out others and say that this is the case for all the ConvAI voices, but the others work. Could someone please fix this? That voice was perfect for the character we were creating. Thank you

Hi <@912720812883206164> the old convai voices are on path to deprecation. They had several performance issues and we’re working on building better stable voices. Please use the new Convai voices or Azure/GCP voices for lower latency.

Does this mean that the original young anime voice will not be available forever from now on? If so that would be trauamatic, as that was my teams favorite for the annoying character we built. It brought her to life

I was also utilizing one of the original ConvAI voices, two days ago I saw it wasnt working, but thought that was a simple issue on your guys’s end. I understand the voice I used was a little rough on the edges and would say things incorrectly, but I built my character’s personality around that. I would like to have those voices accessible as well.

We can try to port some of these voices to new Convai voices. I can ask the team to add Young anime voice. Which one were you using <@282341162587521024> ?

Hi there, I have the same issue with the Old-aged Wise US Feminine Voice. I have tailored the narrative to the old female voice in the center and it worked perfectly fine so far. Is it possible to keep this voice as well??

I understand that this isnt at the top of the priority list but if I could have the voice by the end of the day that would be greatly appreciated. I am running a prototype starting tomorrow morning and the voice matches the character I have been working on for the past month.
