I have been working on creating a scenario of a sales person selling to an Metahuman. I have asked for help regarding this and basically felt like I was brushed off (I asked for reading material, I included links to Convai site where I have seen a working example, etc, and was basically told Convai cannot help me). Then I came across this in YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Osmrj2Db40 . At about 18:50 Purnendu states that one can use Convai to personalise feedback for both the learner and the person conducting the scenario. Have I missed anything. Is my understanding incorrect? Have I asked the question incorrectly? This is my understanding from the video clip on YouTube. According to Purnendu Convai has the ability to create a scenario. More than that, Convai site has the ability to give feedback to the learner and the person hosting the scenario. How can I create this? Where can I read up about this? Any help.

This feature is currently part of our Enterprise Early Access (EA) program, but we do plan to make it available for self-serve users soon. It will be included in the Business Plan once released.
