Once I upgraded to the proper eleven labs account, I notified the team at convai and within 24 hours they were online. The issue is now im wondering if I can make same day changes or if every additional voice take 24+ hours as well

Ah, gotcha. In the docs it suggests to delete and reinput your api key for a faster update which i would guess triggers the system to check your account rather than waiting for the once a day check or whatever they normally do. I tried that and the custom voices populated my list within a few hours. (They dont work though)

yeah that sounds sketchy and I wouldn’t want to have to wait another 24 hours to get the voices I already have back…
